Les Samares, is a unique textile mobile designed for Kvadrat parisian showroom in the occasion of the group show Textile Collectif.

Inspired by the silhouette and rotating movement of samaras, helix-shaped maple seeds, this suspended textile mobile plays with air and light. Pleats are not only decorative, they structure the material like the veins of a petal, reinforcing the textile and its texture, changing its transparency. 

Each element reacts to variations in its environment, creating a living, changing composition.

Kvadrat fabrics are chosen for their qualities and subtle details. The piece as a whole offers a sensitive perception of the textile as a suspended kinetics sculpture.
